To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition. Customized or personalized items, and certain special orders, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email to request a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be credited to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the item is not in its original condition or if any of the above conditions are not met.
